While reading the prologue I was reminded of the movie Her. Her is a movie about a man named Theodore and his relationship with a super intelligent computer with female characteristics. Both go through emotional and physical changes that eventually leads to the relationship ending. What intrigued me the most was the intelligent computer and how it relates to the prologue. As the computer begins to retain more knowledge and starts to interact with many individuals she develops a deeper understanding and greater confusion of life. As she continues to retain more knowledge and deeper bonds she starts become more intertwine with the Universe until she becomes part of the universe. To me, this is best explained by the statement the smartest person in the room becomes the room itself thanks to networked computers. Individuals are retaining more knowledge and greater deeper and more complex relationships with a variety of individuals. This continues to happen until all within a space become one, as the statement explains.

Honestly, I believe the statement is valid in what the world is becoming. By sharing ideas creates deeper and more complex bonds. This intertwines us as a people in order to become something bigger. I am not sure what that something bigger is simply because it is past my level of understanding and the idea freaks me out a little.
